Emily and Matt had a beautiful fall day for their wedding at Twin Tails Event Farm, now part of The Venues at Lucas Farm Wedding.

The fall-colored leaves were still on the trees, and it was one of the last lovely fall days in Oakland, Maryland. Emily and Matt were the last official wedding at Twin Tails. Shortly after their wedding, this venue changed ownership and is now an addition to The Venues at Lucas Farms.

This newest addition is a neighboring property and joins The White Barn at Lucas Farm for the 2023 wedding season. The inclusion of this venue will enable them to offer in-house catering, on-site overnight accommodations, rehearsal dinners, brunches, and more.

Emily and Matt met six years ago in a bar and had a super colorful, fall-themed wedding accented with burnt orange and navy colors. Along with the beauty of the day, they shared in a country-elegant ceremony and reception.

This venue location was the perfect place for family and friends to meet. This day was sentimental and enjoyable for all in attendance. Matt was especially emotional when Emily walked down the aisle. His best man was so attentive throughout the day and was a wonderful friend to be by his side. My second shooter and I focused on Emily, Matt, and their families. We wanted to make sure they were the center of attention, and with any requests, we got for group photos, we made it happen!
